Welcome

Natural outcomes plastic surgery for people who want to look proportional and feel like the best version of themselves.

We offer a personalized experience in North County San Diego where the conversation starts with your anatomy and goals — and ends with a plan that suits your lifestyle best.

We want you to feel like you belong here. No judgement, just results. Consultations are actually long enough to finish the conversation. Measurements, sizers, and a straight answer about what your frame will and won't carry.

Sometimes that answer is a different procedure, or none at all. You'll leave knowing what to expect, what it costs, and how long recovery really takes until you are feeling the best version of you.

Why patients choose her

Three things you won't get everywhere.

01

Sizing from measurements, anatomy and goals

Base width, tissue quality and proportions come first. If the size you want won't work on your frame, you'll hear that in the consult rather than after surgery.

02

Built for how North County patients live

Surfing, running, lifting, carrying kids. Your sport shapes the plan — including a real return-to-training timeline instead of a generic one.

03

Honest answers and limitations

Projected results and honest limitations, so you're clear on what the procedure can provide.

The practice

One office with not only plastic surgery but also wellness.

Serving Carlsbad, Encinitas, San Marcos and surrounding areas. A single small practice means you see the same surgeon at every visit.

Questions people actually ask.

How do I know what size is right for me?+

Sizing comes from your chest measurements, your existing tissue, and your proportions — not a cup size. We use sizers and dimensional measurements in consultation so you're deciding from your own anatomy.

Will it look obviously done?+

Not if it's sized to your frame. Results read as "obvious" when the implant exceeds the width and tissue your body can support. Proportional sizing to fit your goals.

When can I get back to training?+

Light movement returns early; full lifting, running, and impact activity take considerably longer. If you train seriously, say so — you'll get a real return-to-sport plan, not a generic one.

Are you board certified?+

Yes — by the American Osteopathic Board of Surgery, with fellowship training in both Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery and Cosmetic Surgery.
